OLUDARE ELEGBE
Managing Partner
Oludare leads the firm’s Business Advisory Unit and plays a pivotal role in all aspects of the firm's practice. His expertise spans commercial transactions, oil and gas, infrastructure finance/PPP arrangements, exploration and production (E&P), company formations, new ventures and regulatory compliance. He also advises on licensing, permits, and corporate governance matters.
For 18 years, Oludare has provided leadership and counsel on high-value transactions across diverse sectors, including government, energy, aviation and financial services. As head of the Business Advisory Unit, he oversees corporate advisory services, regulatory compliance and licensing in Nigeria.
He is an alumnus of the University of Ibadan, Nigeria's premier university and holds an LLM in Business and Commercial Law from LJMU, UK.
ADESOLA BABALOLA
Partner
Adesola leads the Telecommunications, Media, Entertainment, and Technology practice of Arcis Law Offices, providing expert legal counsel to both multinational and Nigerian companies. With close to two decades of experience as a legal practitioner, she has been a trusted legal advisor to Mafab Communications Limited and the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
Adesola has also worked with PwC as a consultant and other major global financial institutions including the Bank of Nova Scotia. Additionally, she advises our clients on matters related to search engine and social networking technologies, including service offerings, product development, regulatory compliance, and data protection.
She holds a Masters degree in International Trade Law from the University of Wales.
HASSANA CHADO
Associate
Hassana (LL.B, B.L) is an associate in the corporate department at Arcis Law Offices. She boasts an outstanding academic record, graduating with second-class upper honors from both Ahmadu Bello University and the Nigerian Law School.
At Arcis, Hassana has been actively involved in a diverse range of transactions, spanning both domestic and international matters.
Hassana is distinguished by her unwavering dedication to achieving objectives, sharp intellect, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a research-driven approach to legal practice. She firmly believes that every legal challenge has a solution and excels in identifying and implementing effective strategies to resolve complex issues.
